Ralentango™ is run by me, Alan Williams, a very experienced IT professional with considerable marketing and management track record, but who can still speak English.
A programmer by background, I was director of some high-tech software companies in the eighties, and then went on to consultancy and general management in the nineties, running the English Bridge Union for a few years and also managing multi-media teams, most recently at the Open University, where I was involved in several award-winning projects.
I'm an all-rounder. Happiest when working with small businesses, organisations and individuals, I'm strong on the technical side of the web (and IT in general), and have marketing and project management skills. I have a very good eye for detail, and can easily edit and rewrite copy. I recognise good designs, and to some extent create them, although I turn to my many friends in the design business when I need more specialist graphics work.
